Seasonal specialties in a delightful setting

Our close connection with this region is reflected not only in the dishes we serve but also in the ingredients we use. Therefore, we cook - as far as possible - with products from our nearby region. The short distances guarantee freshness and quality. Game comes from the local hunting grounds of Knüll, fruits and vegetables come from local farmers.

Our rich breakfast buffet is not only available for our overnight guests. Outside visitors are also welcome to join us for breakfast.

Our game dishes reflect our regional roots and genuine sustainability.

The animals live not far from the country inn in the forests of the Knüll region, are hunted by a close friend of ours, and therefore come to us directly.
This allows us to guarantee meat of the highest quality, which is naturally reflected in the taste.
